Session fees are $160 +GST per 50 minute session for individuals, payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Student rates and sliding scale spots are available. All fees are due by the end of each session. 

I offer virtual (online) sessions, via Owl Practice. These sessions include audio and video, similar to Zoom. Virtual sessions are a great option if you do not live locally, are travelling, or struggle with making it to in-person appointments. They do have limitations, and are not suitable for all issues. If you are interested in virtual sessions, please contact me to discuss if it may be an appropriate approach to address your concerns.

*Please note that 24 hours notice is required for session cancellations, or the full session fee will be charged. 

I do offer a limited number of sliding scale fee spaces, on a case by case basis. Please contact me if session payment is a barrier for you.

Many extended health benefit providers cover the cost of counselling by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Please check with your plan administrator or health benefit company to determine your coverage.
